Stripe Identity Verification

To ensure compliance with financial regulations and protect our community, Cardpeer.com partners with Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor, for identity verification. In certain cases, Stripe may require you to complete a brief verification process. This is typically triggered by the following scenarios:

  • Reaching a specified earnings threshold, which activates KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
  • Annual verification requirements in specific countries, particularly during tax season.
  • Periodic updates to Stripe's compliance policies that necessitate renewed verification.

If verification is needed, you will be notified directly via email from Cardpeer.

If You Receive a Verification Request:

  1. Do not reply to the email. Instead, take action directly through your Cardpeer account.
