In certain cases, Stripe may require you to complete a brief verification process. This is typically triggered by the following scenarios:

Reaching a specified earnings threshold, which activates KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
Annual verification requirements in specific countries, particularly during tax season.
Periodic updates to Stripe's compliance policies that necessitate renewed verification.

If verification is needed, you will be notified directly via email from Cardpeer.

If You Receive a Verification Request:

Do not reply to the email. Instead, take action directly through your Cardpeer account.
Log in to your Cardpeer.com account.
Navigate to your Account Settings and go to the Payment & Identity Verification section.
Submit the required information securely through this section.

Your full legal name (as shown on your government-issued ID)
Date of birth
Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (for U.S.-based users)

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for sponsorship, your event must meet the following criteria:

At least 100 registered participants.
Located within Europe.
Application submitted 6+ weeks before the event date.
Includes at least one currently-supported TCG available on Cardpeer.
Does not fall under weekly or recurring LGS-level play.
Is offline and in-person — online-only gameplay is not supported.
One event per application only.
Must be verifiable by public listing or media presence (website, coverage, social media, etc.).
